Since the acceptance dates can change based on availability, please refrain from submitting SDR’s until the family/caregiver has received an acceptance letter. We understand approval for this process can take time on your end and will do everything we can to expedite our acceptance process to provide ample approval time.

Here are the codes/rates for Camp:

Day Camp (6 hours per day): T2036HI22 $129.39

Residential Camp: T2036HI $258.52

For Day Camp – Campers should be authorized for 5 units per week

For Residential Camp – Each unit represents a 24 hour period. 5 night sessions should be 5 units, and 12 night sessions should be 12 units.
